- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat chicken pieces in olive oil, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Brush the hot honey glaze over the baked chicken and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by modifying the hot sauce amount.
- You can also broil for extra crispiness in the last 2 minutes.
