- 24 mini tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Place one tater tot in each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
- Sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over each tot.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapenos for spice or switch up the cheese for variety.
