- 1 prebaked bread loaf (such as baguette or round bread)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Red and green bell peppers, sliced (for garnish)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread into a decorative pattern without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the bread slits and spread some on top.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with sliced bell peppers and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
