- 1 package of biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide biscuit dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball, stuff with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then reshape into smooth balls.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the bombs with garlic butter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

- Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
