- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, placing a few mini marshmallows on top of each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra gooey marshmallows, add a few more on top before baking.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
