- 4 heads garlic, roasted
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Roast garlic heads in oven until soft and fragrant.
- In a pot, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
- Add roasted garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender to puree until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
