- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, Parmesan, egg, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sage or thyme.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
