Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
- Mash potatoes until smooth, then stir in melted butter, cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on top.
