  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
