  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken sausage or chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterrey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a slow cooker, add sliced chicken sausage, bell peppers, garlic, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
