- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add cooked chicken, chicken broth, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Continue to cook on low until cheese melts and soup is heated through, about 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot garnished with chopped herbs if desired.

- You can substitute cooked turkey or tofu for chicken.
- Add vegetables like spinach or celery for extra texture.
