Instructions
- Place chicken, rice, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in heavy cream.
- Cover again and cook for an additional 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
