- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives. Chill before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or a teaspoon of pickle relish to the yolk mixture.
- Use fresh eggs for cleaner peeling and better taste.
