- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat with sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in cooked pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for variation.
