Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat with sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
