Super easy and quick air fryer pizza rolls packed with flavorful cheese and pepperoni. Crispy on the outside with a melty, cheesy interior, ideal for snacking or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small squares, about 2 inches each.
  3. Place a small spoonful of marinara sauce, some cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over to make a pocket and seal the edges.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the pizza rolls inside in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
