- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup popcorn, crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Place crushed popcorn in a shallow bowl. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Beat eggs in a third bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg, and finally coat with crushed popcorn.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices to the coating mixture.
