- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter or vegan margarine (melted)
- Celery sticks for serving
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, then coat evenly with the flour mixture.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Meanwhile, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and optional ranch dressing.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for desired spice level.
- For extra crunch, add panko breadcrumbs to the flour mix.
- You can bake in a standard oven at 425°F for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
