- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
- Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with buffalo hot sauce.
- Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce level for more or less spice.
- For extra crispiness, spray with a little cooking spray before air frying.
