Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and olive oil to form a coating mixture.
- Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Make sure mushrooms are dried well before coating for better crispiness.
- You can add a dash of garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.
