- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the soy mixture then coat with cornstarch mixture.
- Roll coated cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs mixed with toasted sesame seeds.
- Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.

- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of sesame dipping sauce.
