  • 1/2 cup brown butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.
