- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in shredded German chocolate and sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust; bake 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Spread ganache over the cooled cheesecake, then sprinkle toasted coconut and chopped pecans on top. Chill before serving.
