Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream until just boiling.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour hot chocolate into mugs.
- Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, peppermint sticks, marshmallows, and sprinkles.
