Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine water and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until dough forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the dough onto baking sheets into small mounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice cooled cream puffs open and fill with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
