- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour half into the crust.
- Swirl in caramel sauce and melted chocolate into the cheesecake batter. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, chocolate shavings, and chopped pecans before serving.
