Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet edges and fold to seal, forming a triangle or fold into a wonton shape.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Deep fry the crab rangoons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Can be baked at 375°F for 15 minutes for a healthier option.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
