- 200g pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 200g feta cheese, block
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta block and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes until feta is golden and tomatoes burst.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix baked feta and tomatoes with cooked pasta, add zucchini slices, and toss well.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- Use fresh basil or parsley for vibrant flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to taste. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
