Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan; spread cream cheese mixture over it.
  6. Sprinkle half of the blueberries on top. Add remaining batter and blueberries.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
