  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chicken slices with fajita seasoning.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until tender, about 5 minutes.
