- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
- Top each pastry with a piece of brie cheese and a few cranberries.
- Drizzle with honey and brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme or rosemary before baking.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of honey on top.
