- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and place in mini muffin tins or on baking sheet.
- Place a slice of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Top with a few cranberries and drizzle honey over each.
- Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use thawed puff pastry for easier handling.
- You can substitute goat cheese for brie for a different flavor.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for best taste.
