  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. While meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce with honey in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  6. Transfer cooked meatballs to a serving dish and pour the warm cranberry sauce over them. Serve immediately or keep warm until serving.
