- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce with honey in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a serving dish and pour the warm cranberry sauce over them. Serve immediately or keep warm until serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onion or garlic to the meat mixture.
- You can prepare the meatballs in advance and reheat before serving.
