Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper into the crockpot with chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add tortellini, heavy cream, and spinach. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese and cook until melted. Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.
