Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes, cooked beef mixture, and mixed vegetables.
- Top with shredded cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
