- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large low-carb tortillas or fathead dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook beef, peppers, and onions in a skillet until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Add garlic, onion powders, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese into the beef mixture until melted and creamy.
- Spread the filling evenly on each tortilla or dough sheet.
- Roll tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Can substitute with cooked ground turkey or chicken.
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce.
