- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 low carb tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground meat until browned. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
- Warm the low carb tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- Layer the seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on each tortilla, then fold to form a wrap.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet to crisp the outside for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with sour cream and additional toppings as desired.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or plant-based meat for variation.
- For extra crunch, add some crushed low carb chips inside before folding.
