- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Spread pesto sauce over the chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red bell pepper around the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

- You can substitute or add other vegetables such as zucchini or mushrooms.
