- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with the honey-soy mixture.
- Distribute pineapple chunks around the salmon. Drizzle a little more honey mixture if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and pineapple is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

- Use fresh pineapple for best flavor. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
