Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl.
