- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced (red, green, yellow)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges and fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil and spice mixture.
- Arrange chicken and sliced peppers and onions on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro before serving.
