Instructions
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onions, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, and black pepper, then pour over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours until the beef is tender.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce; cook on high for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or pork for beef if desired.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or sprinkle with green onions before serving.
