Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until glazed and sticky.
- Serve the chicken over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
