- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Fill each mini taco shell with a spoonful of seasoned beef.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
