- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over cooked turkey, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve the turkey mixture over rice, topped with sliced vegetables, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or beef for turkey.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for more crunch and color.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
