- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken, tomato puree, garlic, ginger, spices, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter; cook for an additional 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
