  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  5. Fold in sprinkles.
  6. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before preparing the glaze.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled bars and decorate with additional sprinkles if desired.
