Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Mix lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour over chicken.

- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot with lime wedges and extra cilantro if desired.
