- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred slightly.
- During the last 2 minutes, top each chicken with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts and sauce is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Use fresh salsa verde for best flavor.
- Can be cooked under a broiler if grilling isn’t available.
