- 12 potsticker dumplings
- 8 oz Asian noodles
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, tossing to combine and heat through.
- Arrange potstickers on top of the noodles, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free options.
