  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and place in a baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
