Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and garlic; mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces, shape into balls, and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
